What the client needed:

Prosegur’s aim was to improve the business cycle of its security business unit, focused on optimizing their customer interfaces and making functional improvements to the business cycle, including quotation processes, customer complaints, claims, incidents and contracts management, etc.

Additionally they needed to create and detail the processes of their Siebel CRM and WAP, so that they could optimize the work of the portfolio managers and increase their productivity. Finally, Prosegur Activa also wanted to run a solution to keep a repository of photographs of its Customers´ facilities, in which they could manage them by a single mail account created for this sole purpose and where workers could send photos.

What we carried out:

Autana proposed a collaboration outline for the Business Cycle Improvement project whose approach was to increase the demand of consultants according to the workload that might arise, offering besides a team leader from Autana who was highly familiarized with the design, the development of the project and the CRM software that Prosegur was using.

Moreover, in order to optimize Prosegur manager‘s work, Autana´s team implemented the processes specified in Siebel project, including the assignment of contracts by importing documents or creating summaries and alerts for information supplies. As well as the improvement of new contacts registration, phone numbers and data management opportunities.

In addition, Autana developed new functionalities in Prosegur´s Siebel CRM program, to collect the emails sent to the account created for this purpose and archive the attached photos automatically. These photographs are stored with a new typology and new names generated by the application itself that directly depending on the business unit to which the worker who has sent them belongs.
